By placing an order with Oceane Swim, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND CARE

  • Please note that the patterns may have different placements, so the exact design may differ from the one shown in the images, including the placement of strings on swimwear tops and bottoms
  • Lighter-coloured fabrics may stain when coming into contact with fake tan. Oceane Swim in not liable for any fake tan marks or makeup stains on swimwear. It is the customer's responsibility to take care when wearing the product and avoid any contact with materials that may cause such marks.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, rough surfaces, or fabrics that may cause wear and tear. It is essential to handle your swimwear with care.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

  • Oceane Swim does not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Store credits can be issued for returns and will remain valid for 1 year. Store credits are for the amount paid for the item excluding shipping costs.
  • If you receive store credit for a sale item, the same sale price cannot be applied to future purchases.

OUR ETHICS & SUSTAINABILITY

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to items on sale or pre-order. If a discount code is used, it cannot be combined with other promotions such as seasonal sales
  • During sale periods, discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including welcome offers.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

  • Orders are processed between 1-3 business days after receiving full payment. Delivery times may vary from 1-28 days depending on the shipping option selected.
  • Express post within Australia generally takes 1-3 business days to metro areas.
  • Oceane Swim is not liable for goods that are damaged in transit or lost. Customers should resolve these issues directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Oceane Swim is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import duties incurred during shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to check the regulations before purchasing.

WEBSITE USAGE AND PRIVACY

  • When you add an item to your cart or create an account on our website, your information is saved under your user profile, even if you do not complete a purchase.
