Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping for swimwear online can sometimes be a challenge, and we want to make the returns and exchanges process as seamless as possible for you. Please read the following terms to ensure everything goes smoothly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE WINDOW

Ocean Swim doesn't not accept returns or exchanges, due to hygiene reasons. If item is damaged or faulty you have 30 days from the date of your order to issue the problem with our team. If your item(s) are returned after this period, we won't be able to accept your return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to offering high-quality, comfortable swimwear. To ensure that we maintain these standards, all returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, items can not be returned for change of mind or change of size, to avoid returns refer to our size guide before buying. Item can be returned if it is damaged or faulty and ensure the following:
  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not show any signs of wear, including marks, damage, or odors. Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Tags & Hygiene Stickers: The item must still have its original tags and hygiene sticker intact. Once the hygiene sticker is removed, we cannot accept the return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items cannot be returned, unless item is damaged or faulty.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit your My Orders page in your account. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you can also cancel your order directly from here.
  • For returns or exchanges that meet the conditions, please reach out to us at hello@oceaneswim.com with your order number and details of your return or exchange request.
