OUR STORY
Oceane Swim was born from the simple idea that swimwear should adapt to you, not the other way around. Founded by Anika Te Namu in 2025, our brand was created to solve a common frustration: finding swimwear that actually fits, flatters, and feels comfortable, no matter your body type.
I noticed that the women I surrounded myself with were constantly struggling to find swimwear that truly fit. Straps that dug in, tops that slipped down, and bottoms that either felt too tight or didn't offer enough support. It seemed like swimwear was always designed with a 'one-size-fits-all' mentality, when in reality, no two bodies are the same.
That's why every piece at Oceane Swim is made to be adjustable and customisable, giving you the power to tweak the fit exactly how you like it. With adjustable straps, flexible ties, our pieces are designed to move with you, offering the comfort and confidence you deserve.
The name Oceane is inspired from my sister's middle name, a reflection of the personal connections that shape this brand. Each collection is named after a family member who has influenced and inspired me in some ways. It is a small way to bring meaning into the fabric of our designs that we create, to share that connection with you.
